  • A full-line "ON-LINE" retail catalog, fully equipped with shopping carts and secure checkout. Find everything you need, when you need it. Just select the Departments tab for category selection. Use the search function  (use the asterisk as a wild card). Click here to try it
  • Commercial Internet Catalog: Searchable listing of past years' invoices (referenced to your PO#), listing of your current bids and orders, fully searchable inventory by various keys and criteria, and the ability to place orders via the Internet. This is a free service for qualified commercial and industrial businesses only.

  • Will Call Orders: We pick your will-call order in advance and have it packed and ready when you arrive. Call us, fax us, e-mail us or use our Commercial Internet Catalog to place your will-call orders.
  • We Deliver: We can deliver your order locally or ship it via UPS. Call us, fax us, e-mail us, or use our Commercial Internet Catalog to place your delivery orders.
  • Charge Accounts for qualified commercial and industrial businesses.

  • Special Order Service: We'll get you anything! If you can't find it, ask us to get it for you.
  • Experienced Telephone Sales Staff: Real people answer the phone when you call, not a computer. Our telephone sales staff are experienced hardware and lumber salespeople. We will quickly and efficiently quote prices, suggest product solutions, and service your needs.
  • Our accounting system: Our computerized billing system helps you track costs and expenses by linking your purchase order to our delivery document and/or an invoice. Monthly statements and our Internet site also reference your purchase orders by invoice. We even show the signature of the person signing the invoice on the document for legibility and clarity. This helps your staff reconcile invoices for payment quickly and efficiently, and saves your staff time.
  • We actually help you in the store. We respect your time and will do all we can to help you make the most of it. Our floor sales staff will help you find the right items quickly. Isn't it sad that we have to refer to this as a service? To us, it's the way you treat a valued friend, and it's the same way we've been doing it since 1919.
